**Trinity Industries** is seeking a highly talented **Sr. Analyst, Fixed Asset Accounting** to join our** **accounting team in our **Queretaro, MX** office.Join our team today and be a part of **_Delivering Goods for the Good of All_****What you will do**:- Collaborate with internal business partners on implementation projects for budget/actual/forecast reporting- Ensure all financial transactions relating to fixed assets are properly recorded, filed, and reported; related accounts are appropriately reconciled and controlled- Interact with key internal business stakeholders (Corporate and Technical Accounting, and Enterprise Reporting) to ensure alignment on key performance objectives and strategies- Ensure compliance with relevant corporate policies and procedures for supported operational functions- Lead the process of creating or updating all of our Fixed Asset Policies & Procedures for the group to be used both internally among our group and cross-functionally- Provide process and systems training to team members and key stakeholders within the organization**What you will need**:- 5+ years related experience- Bachelor’s Degree required- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner- Strong analytical and collaboration skillsKey Performance Indicators:- Ensure acceptable audit and ICFR testing results- Drive cost savings and value to the organization through successful project execution- Improve processes and automation- Promote a customer-driven service model
