The main goal of this position it to lead the Innovative Solutions organization accelerating JJMedTech Latam growth by elevating our value proposition for hospitals, health plans and other NCSHs through innovation and digital transformation with our value-based solutions portfolioResponsible for positining J&JMedTech as the preferred partner for Surgical Care Pathway and Digital Transformation for hospitals and health plans by integrating best-in-class J&J capabilities and the healthcare ecosystem by:- Continuously delivering on prioritized use-cases for Surgery, Orthopedics and Specialized Care- Enabling Enterprise Agile Ways of Working to scale up our capability to develop, implement, and capture value from Innovative Solutions.**This position is also responsible for**:- IGNIS Initiative : Innovative Solutions Hub that will accelerate digital transformation at J&J MedTech LATAM including creating the digital capabilities and Agile ways of working across the Organization- Leading a team of Digital experts allocated to markets and/or franchises at Senior Manager levels, to advance with innovative solutions that integrates best-in-class J&J Solutions/capabilities and the Ecosystem Offering, expecting to accelerate growth at key hospitals and health plans by pull-trough commercial agreements.- Integrating the JJMEDTECH GLOBAL digital strategy into the LATAM market strategy to understand what best options to engage with customers to maximize impact as well as the best go to market model for offering digital solutions.- Strengthen LATAM markets digital strategy execution, supporting sales teams during more in-depth discussions about certain packages/Solutions/Digital Products.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor Degree. MBA preferred- 10-15 years of business experience, including people management- Expertise in Sales / Marketing - understanding and able to define business value- Expertise in Digital/ innovative solutions in Heathcare- Expertise in Agiles Ways of Working and knowledge of SAFe 4.0 Agile Framework is desirable- Expertise organizational change management and leadership in large multicultural organizations.- Strong influencing skills- Strong in building realtionships internally & externally - including global reference institutes ( Advisory Board, IHI, Mayo Clinic) to develop new solutions- Strong in shaping and strategic thinking- Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese desirable
