The Amazon Alexa International team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the launch of new Alexa powered devices and experiences in Mexico and Spanish speaking US.Key job responsibilities- Own the CX of the Alexa Spanish experience in Echo and FTV devices.- Define user needs and identify gaps, features enhancements and opportunities to grow the business.- Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners- Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goalsMexico City, DIF, MEX- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders- Master's degree or equivalent- Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
