Monitorear y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las plataformas digitales de la empresa, tal como dar soporte a los departamentos internos y solucionar problemas o temas que afecten la experiência de los usuarios.**Actividades**- Planeación e implementación de las estrategias de comunicación interna enfocada en los usuarios asegurando la relación con las distintas áreas de la organización.- Fungir como el principal punto de contacto y soporte con colaboradores, departamentos internos y proveedores sobre el correcto funcionamiento de las plataformas digitales y resolver problemas sobre la experiência de los colaboradores.- Recepción, correcta canalización y seguimiento de órdenes de compra a departamentos internos.- Creación y organización de formatos de control interno relacionados a la implementación de proyectos.- Administración de las comunidades digitales y ejecución de planes de acción para atender e incentivar la participación dentro de la organización.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Comunicaciones, administración, relaciones internacionales, mercadotecnia o afín.- Inglés Intermedio- Experiência en Administración de comunidades digitales (2 - 3 años)- Experiência en Atención a Clientes (2 - 3 años)Conocimientos- Manejo de Paquete Office - Intermedio / Avanzado- Manejo de Google Workspace - Básico / Intermedio
