**The Agency & Trust team provides innovative banking solutions to financial institutions, corporate clients, and public sector entities around the world. The business offers a full range of agency, fiduciary, tender and exchange, and escrow services in both developed and emerging markets. The Product Specialist is an intermediate level position responsible for the administration and development of a client portfolio in coordination with the team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the administration of a portfolio of trust and syndicated loan agreements to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and progress.**:**Responsibilities**:**Lead the administrative s and the implementation process of Agency & Trust Clients' contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulation and alignment with product definitions and internal policies for new and existing transactions.**:- ** Customer service (front office) supporting the operations of trust and syndicated loans contracts.**:- ** Execution and closing of trust and syndicated loan agreements, including new deals and amendments.**:- ** Administration of trust and syndicated loan deals under Mexican/NY/UK laws.**:- ** Responsible for clarifications and complaints follow-up related to the fulfillment of the clients’ instructions and contracts’ purposes.**:- ** Liaise and coordinate pre-closing requirements with internal and external clients.**:- ** Assess relevant customer and sector insights to help define strategies to improve client experience and portfolio growth.**:- ** Attend work meetings with clients and any parties involved in the structure.**:- ** Reviewing, monitoring and attending KYC requirements.**:- ** Work with senior Corporate Bank officers and professionals, and participate in particular client transactions, projects or assignments.**:- ** Responsible for requesting and coordinating support to the internal areas for the execution of customer requirements such as Operations, Transactor, IBCO, Implementations, Taxes, Legal, etc.**:- ** Responsible of keeping the files updated and complete, including KYC records, as well as support in recovering the overdue collection and main contact of escalating any monthly collectable problem.**:**Qualifications**:- ** Must speak Spanish and English fluently.**:- ** At least 5 of relevant experience attending clients.**:- ** Experience of successfully interacting with external and internal clients at all levels of seniority.**:- ** Thorough knowledge of A&T's policies and procedures.**:- ** Teamwork, communication and negotiation skills.**:- ** Attention to details and identification of errors.**:- ** Knowledge of the fiduciary and syndicated loans products, the different roles and services.**:- ** Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.**:- ** Ability to work when the situation requires immediate action, manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements and escalation.**:- ** Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills.**:- ** Demonstrate analytical and influencing skills to negotiate.**:- ** Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.**:**Education**:- ** Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Economic areas (Accounting, Administration, Economics, Finance, or related areas).**:- **Job Family Group**:Product Management and Development- **Job Family**:Product Management- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
