Discover this opportunity to join our team, and add values to our family**Job Description**:- Responsible of managing infrastructure projects.- Coordinate and supervise the implementation of daily activities of each team.- Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and ensuring that they are within the specified scope and budget.- Give continuity and follow-up to the planning, organization and control of implementation projects according to the specifications and scope: controlling costs, quality and times of the assignment.- Guarantee the quality standard in the execution of projects.- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.- Punctual monitoring of the support area and facilities.- Continuously review and plan the efficient use of all assigned resources.- Prepare a work plan based on the client's needs.- Define project-specific KPIs to measure the progress and achievement of targets.- Define scope and objectives of the project, involving all interested parties, ensuring technical feasibility.- Ensuring the availability and allocation of resources- Manage project scope, time, or budget changes using proper verification techniques.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Responsible for a properly accomplished of processes and company methodology.- Contribute scope definition, understand technical design, and act as ""project guardian"".- Bring enough technical understanding to elaborate project plan into tasks and phases, interdependencies.- Support and shepherd the technical teams to challenge and streamline their activities.- Responsible for influencing and motivating SMEs and leaders; win trust and help technicians priritize on competing projects.- Integrate with the portfolio manager to create a holistic view of the Book of Work- Raise risks and issues according to risk culture.- Manage the financial budget spanning: internal procurement, contract coverage, delivery terms, etc.- Basics: meeting minutes, project plans, risk and issue register. Intermediate: enforce the process, and evangelize**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.- Extensive experience project and program managment.- Knowledge of web infrastructures, cloud computing and virtualization.- Knowledge of operating systems (windows server / linux / unix).- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Oracle, DB2 databases, etc.- Main Knowledge & Experience in Network and security Projects : Networks, Firewall, proxy, connection filtering, packet analysis, attack detection, etc.- Knowledge of Physical Security and legal aspects.- Language: English (Advanced).- 3-5 years of experience.- Strong critical analytical thinking.Desirable Certifications: ITIL, SCRUM, PMPAdditional Information- Salario base- Prestaciones de ley (10 días de vacaciones 1er año)- Contrato por tiempo indeterminado- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Reparto de utilidades- Herramientas de trabajo: laptop y celular- Cursos, capacitaciones- Certificaciones y planes de carrera (crecimiento laboral)- Trabajo remoto hasta nuevo aviso, oficinas en Querétato
