TasksThe ADAS SW Requirements Engineer (SW RM) is responsible for managing the complete set of SW requirements of a project. This includes management of all level 3 software requirements documents of one project.The SW RM also coaches various project team members in requirements management and requirements engineering. This includes working closely with project managers, testers, functional delivery owners and developers to support the team in understanding the requirements.**Responsibilities**:Receive, verify and provide customer / system requirments documents for SW teamPlan requirements freezes and perform requirements base lining (including creation Baseline sets).Plan and conduct requirements Reviews.Assign customer and/or system requirements to functions.Ensure designs meet customer requirements & specifications.Report on the current status of the L3 requirements, incl. derivation, implementation / review status, traceability.Plan activities to ensure requirements quality.Evaluate internal and external engineering design Change Request (CR)The SW RM also supports management of requirements during quoting and/or CRs. This includes analysing the requirements and forwarding them to the appropriate specialist. Then clarifying or negotiating requirements with the customer.
