**Work Schedule**: 7:00am - 4:00pm Hermosillo Time**Experience Required**: 3 months to 1 year in a similar role preferred**Language Requirement**: Advanced English (spoken and written)**Availability**: 45 hours per week**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent**Salary**: $4000 weekly**Objective**We are seeking a **Customer Experience Outreach Agent** to join our Stiltz Homelifts campaign. This role focuses on contacting former prospects who explored mobility solutions through an in-home assessment but ultimately purchased a different product. Your mission is to gather structured feedback, understand key decision drivers, and accurately document insights that support future engagement opportunities.This is **not a sales role**. It emphasizes active listening, research, and precise reporting.**Responsibilities**- Make outbound calls to previous Stiltz prospects who completed an in-home assessment but selected another product.- Conduct structured conversations to understand their decision-making process.- Accurately document detailed feedback, objections, and relevant data in CRM systems.- Identify situations where follow-up outreach may add value and escalate when necessary.- Report emerging trends, insights, and patterns to supervisors.- Follow communication guidelines and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.**Qualifications**- Advanced/fluent English required.- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, surveys, or call center roles preferred.- Strong listening, probing, and communication skills.- High attention to detail and ability to document information precisely.- Comfortable managing repetitive tasks and working independently while meeting productivity goals.- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.- High school graduate or high school dropout accepted.(Stiltz Campaign) Customer Expe**What We’re Looking For**- Professional and empathetic phone presence- Strong organization and reliability- Ability to guide open conversations while following structured guidelines- Patience and understanding when discussing mobility-related topicsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $4,000.00 a la semanaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
