That can provide support to their daily operations.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Schedule appointments with potential clients for a Case assessment.- Communicate with clients through SMS, E-mails, and phone calls.- Qualify prospective clients for (Law Firm) through interviews over the phone.- Manage paperwork necessary including documents retrieval, signing, and filing forms.- Data Entry.- Administrative assistance- Calling Incoming Leads- Lead Intake and Screening**Qualifications**- Excellent communication skills (English & Spanish)- Great Time Management- BPO experience is a plus- Proficient with Microsoft Office and G-suite.**What we offer**- Starting hourly rate of $5-$7/hour (Based on skills and Experience)- Performance merit increase after 6 months of employment- Internet subsidy after 3 months of employment- Health Care assistance after 6 months of employment.**COVID-19 considerations**:- This is a fully remote position.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 40 per weekPay: $102.00 - $143.00 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:This is a work from home position
