Overview Freemen Nutra Group is a global supplier of nutritional ingredients, food additives, and health supplement raw materials. Our product portfolio includes amino acids, vitamins, herbal extracts, and a wide range of functional ingredients. We are expanding our presence in Latin America and seeking a high-performing Sales Manager in Mexico to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships. We are looking for a Sales Manager at Mexico City (on-site) and other senior sales leadership roles across regions. This description consolidates several roles and responsibilities across sales, business development, and regional leadership within various industries. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales with existing customers while actively developing new leads and prospects in Mexico. Promote and sell Freemen Nutra’s ingredient portfolio using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach. Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations aligned with market trends and technical requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (R&D, Purchasing, Senior Management). Prepare clear and effective proposals, quotations, and commercial documents. Collaborate with internal teams (product management, logistics, quality, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor competitors, market dynamics, and opportunities for new products or applications. Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of activities and pipelines in CRM/ERP systems. Attend key industry events, trade shows, and customer visits. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in nutritional ingredients, food & beverage, or dietary supplement industries. Proven experience in account management, business development. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. Ability to work across cultures with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability. Willingness to travel. English working language; Spanish preferred in some regions. Location & Work Model Location: Mexico City; Work Model: On-site unless otherwise noted. Travel as required. Design and optimize sales structures, performance metrics, and operating ratios to scale teams. Create sales playbooks, call scripts, and objection handling frameworks. Own onboarding, training, and coaching programs; focus on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and conversion. Build QA programs, weekly reviews, and KPI dashboards. Analyze productivity and market data to drive strategic sales decisions. Partner with Marketing to align messaging and campaigns. Establish a culture of energy, accountability, and execution excellence. Ensure consistency and high performance across inside sales operations. Additional Details Languages: English and Spanish required. CRM: Salesforce experience preferred; other CRM tools acceptable. Compensation: Base salary plus commissions; details vary by country.
