You'll get to proactively engage with residents to provide support and maintain Payment Current status. For those accounts that need a little extra attention, you'll be responsible for all the necessary communication, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with legal requirements and lease terms.But that's not all-this role goes beyond just collections You'll also be handling utility accounts, coordinating service activations and terminations, and making sure everything aligns with local regulations.
