Summary: CC Telephone specialist oversees the telephone system (Genesys Purecloud), responsible for CC telephone functions and features to manage dialer, virtual agent campaigns, assign and program telephone functions for new clients. Assign and update roles for all CC team members. Responsible for supervising the overall CC telephone operations involving escalations, troubleshooting telephone problems, etc.- Manage, review and supervise all CC telephone features and functions in Genesys Purecloud.- Design, program, manage and run Virtual Agent campaigns, Live dialer campaigns for CC clients and teams as necessary.- Create and manage telephone queues for clients.- Document new procedures, work instructions and changes in the phone system and train CC leadership team.- Create/maintain checklist of daily, weekly, monthly telephone campaigns ran in the system.- Create CC users in telephone system, assigning roles, extension numbers and/or direct phone numbers and keep control of the CSC Master phone list.- Work with IT and AVTEX to manage escalated matters, new workflows, campaigns, or queues.Acting as a liaison to CES in order to share information about CC telephone system.- Identify operational and technological changes in the phone system to improve call center efficiency.- Attend seminars and specialized training online sessions in person conducted by Genesys Purecoud staff or other similar vendors for benchmarking activities.Help evaluate existing Genesys Purecloud system and plan ongoing escalation to adapt for the future.**Requirements**:- Must have excellent technical and analytical skills.- Must have tech support experience, or previous telephone system managing duties.- Engineering degree or equivalent - preferred- High developed Computer Skills- Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Must be accurate, detail oriented, and organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.- Must be familiar with CC teams, priorities, and services offered through the Contact Center; Inbound, Collections, Default- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.- Ability to effectively present information, both written and oral, and respond to questions from leadership team, co-workers and department/group managers.**Benefits**Salary 25,000 per mounthvouchers 2,000benefits lawinsurance medical expenses
