Our associates make the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability of the machinery that keeps industry in motion.**Responsibilities**:- Maintain an efficient inventory level for plants anaged from Mexico maccording with BP by managing Inventory model, Perform analysis for special inventory requests such as new OE businesses, price list change, 2B forms for MTO (Make to Order parts). Obtain the required approvals, and either place manual PO's or adjust targets in SAP, managing third party vendors, Manage Replenishment for Latin America for Ball Bearings and Sets sourced from China, Execute and analyze the following reports: Inventory, Back Order, OSMI, Order Book, Forecast Accuracy, New Product line status, Old SRB's and Monthly Cycle Count Results.- Maintain an efficient stock availability according with Corporate targets by supervise and analyze the generation of the ABC report in a weekly basis (consolidate Inventory, Backorder, Delivery notes, Product lines and ABC classifications report). Focus on stock out materials and identify opportunities for sweeping product from other distribution centers or repacking between bulk and carton parts. Enter manual PO's in SAP according to the obtained approvals.- Accomplish with the Inventory and Direct material purchasing SOX requirements- Manage OSMI (Obsolete and Slow Moving Inventory) of total inventory: Analyze OSMI in a monthly basis. Identify opportunities for sweeping product to other distribution centers or repacking between bulk and carton parts, Perform analysis to determine the keep quantities and root causes for the items contained in the Global OSMI file generated by Corporate for FERTS and locally for all the rest of materials. Once the final scrap approval is received, an additional review is performed to determine the final quantities which are listed in a file that is sent to the warehouse personnel for filling.- Support Sales and CS by improving lead times(expedites, intercepts, sweeps), etc.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor Degree required- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish- SAP Experience- 3 to 5 years of experience in Replenishment & InventoryAll qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
