We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.As an North America Chargeback Analyst supporting BPA Team, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of chargeback claims, including research, processing, and resolution, as well as maintaining membership integrity and addressing chargeback deductions. It entails utilizing reporting and analytical skills to monitor and report on the performance and compliance of processes related to pricing, contract administration, and chargeback handling. Additionally, the position involves overseeing contract administration and managing customer interactions to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and customer expectations.
