And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:This position can be based in any Country in LATAM #LI-RemoteKey Responsibilities- Design and build high quality content and maintain user-friendly and engaging web pages- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure that quality, relevancy, strategic value and brand consistency standards are met- Understand customer content needs and the web site development process, to facilitate the most optimal design and functionality that achieves business goals- Research keywords, understand SEO best practices and provide guidance to content planners, developers- Seek opportunities to cross-promote content to increase search engine ranking and accelerate customer journeys- Collaborate with manager on establishing digital marketing best practices and processes- Support the creation of personalized content journeys and always-on nurturing programs- Support our ABM strategy by developing or sourcing content for cross-sell/upsell initiatives- Regularly work with our regional marketing teams to share content strategies, tactics- Work with our Analytics team provide timely reporting and derive shareable insights to continuously improve visitor engagement- Provide training and onboarding to global and regional team members where appropriate- Generate documentation and best practicesSkills, Knowledge, Experience and education- Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field- 3+ years experience in digital marketing, web design, SEO, content marketing- Familiarity with web Content Management Systems (CMS) - ideally Adobe Experience Manager- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English- Experience in supporting a global organization- Personalized content program knowledge and experience advantageous- HTML & CSS training and experienceTemperament- Proactive work approach, ability to work without high level of day-to-day direction- Excellent time management and personal organization- Highly team oriented- Global mindset and appreciation and respect of different cultures- Desire to succeed- High sense of urgency- Ability to retain and convey a positive attitude in challenging circumstances- Ability to make decisions quickly- Desire to communicate and build alignment- Open to new ideasAccepts Role Requirements- Be pro-active and diligent- Create, publish, translate and maintain impactful digital content on our website and as needed for key audiences- Customers and prospects- Employees and future employees- Partners- Our communities- Work closely with content developers and program managers to manage content- Understand and consult on SEO, accessibility, webpage design/UX best practices- Timely reporting and insights on content performancePreferred Knowledge- Keen attention to detail- Strong collaboration and project management skills- Exceptional ability to multi-task complemented with ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Strong sense of ownership- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to work within an international team- Experience working with remote teams in a matrixed organization- Pro-active approach to problem solving- Second language- Business process knowledge- B-to-B marketing domain knowledge- Sales processes- Product lifecycle processLI-RG01
