**Resumen del Puesto**:Como _**Customer Success Representative**_ apoyaras en la gestión de las operaciones relacionadas con el rastreo de embarques, la administración de flotillas y la comunicación efectiva con las líneas de transporte en México y Estados Unidos.**Responsabilidades principales**:- Rastreo de embarques localizados en Laredo TX y el interior de la República Mexicana.- Administración de la flotilla de remolques y equipo que se encuentran en México.- Comunicación con las líneas mexicanas y americanas de transporte.- Gestionar el cruce de frontera de los embarques de importación y exportación.- Documentar los embarques de exportación con origen en México- Mantener una comunicación proactiva y efectiva con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades, resolver problemas y proporcionar actualizaciones sobre el estado de los envíos.- Oportuno seguimiento de los embarques, asegurándose de que se cumplan los plazos de entrega y abordando cualquier problema que pueda surgir durante el transporte.- Identificar y abordar de manera proactiva problemas potenciales, como retrasos en la entrega, daños en la mercancía o cambios en las condiciones del transporte, buscando soluciones efectivas y comunicando cualquier problema a los clientes.**Requisitos**:- Dominio del Idioma Ingles- Conocimiento en el Sistema AS400 (deseable)- Habilidades en la organización y gestión del tiempo- Habilidad de comunicación- Habilidad de trabajo bajo presión y resolución de problemas**Experiência**: Experiência comprobable (+ 2 años deseable)**Ubicación**: Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.**Tipo de Empleo**: Tiempo completo con prestaciones superiores.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $19,000.00 al mesHorario:- De guardia- Disponibilidad en noches- Fines de semana- Lunes a viernes- Nocturno- Turno de 10 horas- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
