It is our roadmap for becoming the global leader in convenient foods and beverages and a leading actor in the transformation of the global food system.Positive Agriculture is a key pillar under our pep+ sustainability strategy that focuses on source crops and ingredients in a way that accelerates regenerative agriculture and strengthens farming communities.This SC Temp Agro Sr Associate will join Agro Sustainability Team to support achieving our Pepsico Positive (pep+) agenda. In this role, he/she will support activities of our second most important raw material for PMF: CornIn order to certify corn as sustainable and given the complexity of the operating model, sustainability certification will be achieved through three different programs over the next four years.Given the location of the collection centers and corn farmers, the positions are based on Bajio, Jalisco and Sinaloa**What will you be doing?**- Get training and know the applicable standards/programs for the corn platform (SFP, SAI and Landscape)- Support the diagnostic analysis of collection centers and corn producers nationwide- Execute the activities of the implementation strategy in the corresponding areas (Sinaloa, Bajío and Jalisco)- Continuous monitoring of the sustainability program- Support with the documentation of the applicable standards- Preparation, development, and execution of internal audits- Generation of reports (implementation status in each zone)- Continuous communication with the internal sustainability team, and our partner in the certification process and the collection centers**Qualifications****Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor's degree with a specialization in biological areas- Analytical skills, responsible, work under pressure, teamwork, and decision-making.- English 50%, “Basic”- Flexibility to work with diverse and dynamic teams- Adaptability to changes and agility of learning.- Teamwork, proactive, time management.- Skills in effective communication.- Ability to achieve results in a changing environment**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs**Thank you so much for considering PepsiCo to start or continue your career
