Our client has consistently emerged as a leader in sustainability and is recognized amongst the ‘2021 Global 100 Most sustainable corporations in the World by Corporate Knights.We are currently searching for a **Technology Change Management Officer**:**Responsibilities**:- ** Support global Change Management operations**, ensuring effective execution and compliance with established processes.- ** Act as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking users and team members**, enabling smooth cross-language communication.- ** Identify and resolve technical, customer, or operational issues**, escalating as needed.- ** Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations** related to ITSM.- ** Gather requirements, solve problems, and validate solutions** to meet operational standards.- ** Provide input into the Enterprise Change Advisory Board**, supporting enterprise-wide impact assessments.- ** Support process improvement and training initiatives**, including documentation and delivery.- ** Deliver 1:1 user support**, including issue triage, tool guidance, and process assistance within ITSM platforms (especially ServiceNow).- ** Promote risk awareness and compliance with the Bank's risk appetite and cultural values**.- ** Foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment** aligned with organizational principles.**Requirements**:- ** Bachelor’s degree or diploma** in Computer Science or equivalent field.- ** 1-5+ years of experience using ServiceNow**, specifically in the **Change Management module**.- ** Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, especially ITIL**.- ** Working knowledge of technical standards** and experience mitigating deviations.- ** Fluent English (B2 level or above)**.- ** Location: Mexico City / Hybrid**.**Desired**:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Understanding of compliance, AML/ATF, and risk controls.- Ability to work independently while ensuring adherence to company policies and operational excellence.**Languages**:- ** English - Advanced (B2+)****Notes**:- ** Hybrid work model based in Mexico City.**:- Inclusive environment with a focus on high performance, continuous improvement, and cross-cultural collaboration.**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- ** Bachelor’s degree or diploma** in Computer Science or equivalent field.- ** 1-5+ years of experience using ServiceNow**, specifically in the **Change Management module**.- ** Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, especially ITIL**.- ** Working knowledge of technical standards** and experience mitigating deviations.- ** Fluent English (B2 level or above)**.- ** Location: Mexico City / Hybrid**.Keywords:Technology Change Management, Change Advisory Board, ITSM, ITIL, ServiceNow, Incident Triage, User Support, Process Improvement, Bilingual English Spanish, Risk Compliance
