**TS Trucking** is a top-tier transportation company with owned assets and nationwide presence across Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider.We are currently seeking a **Claims Analyst** to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department.**Work Shift**: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**Responsibilities**:- Attend accident or transportation incident scenes immediately to assess the situation and guide the claims process.- Coordinate directly with local authorities to ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements.- Negotiate and work directly with insurance companies to expedite claim resolution.- Collect, analyze, and document evidence (photos, driver statements, police reports, etc.) to support the claims process.- Provide ongoing support to drivers and the operations team during incidents, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.- Follow up on claim management and ensure timely closure of cases.- Prepare administrative reports and maintain updated records for audits and future reference.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing transportation or heavy equipment claims.- Proven experience providing on-site support during traffic accidents or incidents.- Strong knowledge of insurance processes, claims handling, and accident protocols.- Intermediate to advanced English level (able to negotiate with international insurers).- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and effective communication skills.- Proactive profile with a hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure.**Benefits**- Competitive salary- Medical benefits package- Savings fund- Life insurance- Career development opportunities- Grocery vouchers- We invest time and provide support so you have the space to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
