**Job Details****What will you do?**Responsible of performing the NPI’s prototypes & first runs of new products or SQ’s products. This position performs/develop some RWK instructions for engineering disposition of old version products. Serves as technical support for production lines since this position has expertise on Eng and Assembly.**How will you do it?**- Technical support to production lines on new or SQ models.- Performs assembly of the prototypes of NPI’s.- Document’s deviations where Eng gets involved to disposition of inventory.- Provide technical support to the productive areas.- Facilitate the comprehension of all the information available to build compressors & VSD’s.- Provide feedback to design engineering to improve the compressors/vsd designs (either current designs and NPI vsd/compressors)- Participate actively on the Plant initiatives (GMOC, LPA, Safety Subcommittees, etc.)- Participate in Risk Assessments- Participate in EHS suggestions program- Participate in EHS observations program- Implement and maintain security policy, health and environment at work.- To support the committees in identifying risks and environmental aspects.- Participate in Training program.- Identify training needs in safety, health and environment.- Train production staff in procedures and instructions.- Participate on corrective and preventive actions.- Control system logs in your area.- Intervene personally identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior- Identify and report potential environmental impacts- Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity**What we look for?**- Experience required a minimum of four years of progressive experience in Manufacturing ambient, assembly experience with drawing reading knowledge, or process improvement,- Bachelor degree is desired.- Has demonstrated assembly & interpersonal skills and the ability to explain process and technical requirement in a simply form.- Ability to work under constrained time scales and demanding workloads.- Able to communicate in English in a written form, fluent English desired.
