**ON-SITE Position (Ciudad del Sol, Zapopan)**As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our clients' businesses. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online. The primary responsibilities include bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, reconciliation of accounts, and various other accounting tasks.**Key Responsibilities**:Bookkeeping:- Responsible for all bookkeeping matters for clients.- Enter and/or review accounting activity in QuickBooks Online.Reconciliation:- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly.- Ensure accuracy by preparing and adjusting journal entries as needed.Client Interaction:- Obtain necessary information from clients for accounting purposes.Financial Reporting:- Prepare and analyze financial statements for clients.- Calculate depreciation on business assets and track loan amortization.Tax Compliance:- Reconcile sales tax and payroll accounts.- Prepare and file sales tax returns and property tax returns.- Prepare and distribute 1099s, obtaining any missing information.Reporting and Documentation:- Generate and prepare various financial reports as needed.- Organize income tax documents for accurate and timely filing.Administrative Tasks:- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.**Qualifications**:Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in accounting.- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in using QuickBooks is a MUST.- Experience using Google's suite, Drive, and Chrome.Communication Skills:- English proficiency at a medium to high level.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Adaptability:- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Client Focus:- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.If you meet these qualifications and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaExperiência:- QuickBooks: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés avanzado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
