The General accountant is responsible for all financial functions in Mexico, including accounting, payments and banking, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. The general accounant ensures compliance of the Mexico law tax as well as Fto's internal policies and procedures. In this role as a support to the operations Department, the General accountant provides timely reports and assistance to the company. ensure that financial resources are used efficiently and effectively. is responsible for all aspects of financial management of the company**Responsabilities and Duties**- Oversee and manage daily company-wide accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, receivables, and payables.- Plan and implement systems for financial operations according with the regulations in the country; including systems for cash flow management, budgeting, consolidation of accounting information, internal controls, financial reporting.- Supervise finance staff in the company.- Prepare accounting reports, including general ledger files, expenditures by cost center/project, as well as other financial information in a timely and accurate manner.- Continuously stay abreast with the country policies, procedures, rules and regulations- Partner with country leadership to drive cost reduction initiatives- Analyze and communicate the financial impact of changes in organizational structure, business decisions, accounting practices, financial processes and financial systems.- Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the bpo and to develop working relationships with all involved.- Other duties as assigned**Requiremets or Knowledge**:- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance is required.- Minimum 10 years accounting/finance experience.- SAP Knowledge- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish- Demonstrated experience and skills with budget preparation and analysis, financial reporting preparation and presentation and the proven ability to translate technical financial data into informative reports.- Strong accounting skills and experience, including management of journal entries, payroll, payables, and balance sheet.- Verifiable experience in tax calculations, tax returns of legal entities- Personnel management experienceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
