And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:**Job description**Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.Responsible to Execution and Strategic Performance Management, monitoring of the KPIs/results and planning executionPrioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply,Plans and administers procedures and budgets.Effectively dealing with multiple priorities and simultaneous projects.Identifying, achieving, and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Motivating employees to exceed expectations and place high value on teamwork and servant leadership.Driving continuous improvement and optimization of all processes and workflow.**Requirements**:- 5 years of experience in similar position- Advanced English Language- Operational Excellence management- SAP (plus)APICS (plus)LI-GR2
