Target 15-20 additional sales hires.- Help maintain a sales culture of teamwork, determination and respect by living up to those values every day and ensuring that the sales team does the same.- Lead efforts to increase productivity and efficiency through active monitoring of new leads, follow-ups, and appointments.- Report on sales metrics to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements- Manage the flow of leads through a series of CRM views, reports and phone system routing- Ensures data integrity through verification of data entry in the CRM- Measures performance against goals and evaluates results- Lead team meetings to keep the team updated, informed and educated- Motivate and engage the team throughout the day, week and month through chats/calls- Liaise with the Vice President, Sales and Assistant Sales Manager to stay up to date with new campaigns, program updates, pricing and promotions- Ensure that legal compliance policies and procedures are followed- Understands the importance of managing different sales personalities and puts 100% effort into improving each sales professional**Job Location**Work in Zona Rio in a Confortable Building two blocks away from Plaza Rio.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $8,500.00 - $9,500.00 a la semanaHorario:- Turno de 10 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de permanencia- Bono de productividadConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Empresa comprometida por la salud, Sana distancia y cubrebocas obligatorioPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you have Call Center Experience?- Do you have Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager Experience?- Do you have a VISA to cross the US Border?
