We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to strengthen our team in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industry.- Your responsibilities and tasks:As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting GEA’s innovative portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:- Developing tailored technical and commercial presentations for client meetings.- Identifying, qualifying, and managing new leads to build a strong sales pipeline.- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer solutions and increase the success rate of opportunities.- Keeping market trends and competitor data updated to shape effective sales strategies.- Scheduling and conducting meetings, presentations, and face-to-face interactions with clients.- Managing all travel logistics in compliance with company policies.- Maintaining accurate sales records, customer profiles, and opportunity tracking in our CRM system.- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals and orders, adhering to local regulations and company guidelines.- Fostering long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and regular follow-ups.Your profile and qualifications:What We Are Looking For:- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related sciences.- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or similar industries.- Strong process knowledge of the beverage sector and its technologies.- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).- CRM system expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a focus on delivering results.What will you find being part of GEA?- Exciting professional challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a global operating environment.- A work culture that promotes the spirit of innovation where our engineers create, develop and implement world-class solutions.- We believe in delivering a true work experience in an equal opportunity environment that values difference and diversity.- Market competitive salary and benefits complemented by flexible and autonomous work arrangements.
