Senior Leasing Manager, International PE RE Fund, Guadalajara, Mexico**About our client**Our client - a leading global PE real estate fund - continues to expand its national reach and presence in the Mexican industrial real estate sector. As part of its growth strategy, the client has created an exciting new position for a senior leasing manager to further its commercial plans and strategy for the western part of the country. The position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico **What the job involves**- Handle daily leasing responsibilities in the occidental region of Mexico, assisting the property management team and internal stakeholders with customer interactions, acquisitions, development, and dispositions- Develop and oversee connections with current clients and business partners- Ensure a high occupancy rate through efficient promotion and marketing of properties to prospective tenants- Provide continuous support for development activities such as evaluating the market, designing buildings and parks, and initiating and negotiating deals- Engage with current and potential clients to discover opportunities and requirements- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and lease agreements- Create lease offers and discuss business conditions**Who we are looking for**- Extensive expertise in Mexico's real estate sector, specifically within industrial properties, acquired from experience at a private equity firm, bank, developer, or major industry participant- Practical involvement in investment, construction, development, and property management of industrial real estate projects- Excellent interpersonal and marketing abilities, such as building relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating empathy, and thriving in a dynamic and unpredictable setting.- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, engineering, or another related field- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatoryJob ID 13901- ABOUT COMPANY- PER, Private Equity Recruitment- London, United KingdomHR & RecruitmentWe are the leading retained search and recruitment specialists for private markets professionals.
