SCOPE OF LEADERSHIP ROLEPosition Summary: Performs required statistical and clerical duties necessary to complete the payroll process accurately and timely. Compiles and prepares data for the payment of payroll taxes and benefit payments. Coordinates and processes any irregular payments (e.g., sales draws, bonus payments, etc.). Reviews and processes additions and changes to computerized payroll system (e.g., changes in salary, tax withholdings). Ensures accounting distribution and preparation of deductions. Provides requested data and reports on individual employees as requested by government agencies, employment verifications, and internal inquiries. Discusses payroll matters with employees, human resources and supervisors. Infonavit & IMSS payments and diagnostics from RRX Mexico Ops. On time and efficient.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Variable Calculation- Review of IMSS and Infonavit Payments- Processing in Branch Offices- Addressing Requests- Review of Social Security Reports- Active participation in internal and external auditsPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of invoice information (which must have an invoice)- MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)- Oracle Knowledge- Multi-tasking- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Analytical Skills- Relevant expertise & experience acknowledgment in IMSS & Infonavit paperworkRequired Education / Experience / Skills:- Requires a high school diploma4 or more years’ experience in an office environment.- Travel: No- Language: Basic English is required.About Regal Rexnord- The Company’s end markets benefit from meaningful secular demand tailwinds, and include factory automation, food & beverage, aerospace, medical, data center, warehouse, alternative energy, residential and commercial buildings, general industrial, construction, metals and mining, and agriculture.
