Importante compañía de TI en América Latina en crecimiento, requiere:**Payroll BA****Descripción del puesto**:- Responsable de la resolución de problemas empresariales complejos en lo que a procesos de nómina se refiere. Adicionalmente, debe trabajar con plazos ajustados, prioridades conflictivas y requisitos de proyecto cambiantes. Esto incluye gestionar varios proyectos pequeños, participar y/o gestionar secciones específicas de proyectos grandes y brindar apoyo continuo a todas las unidades asignadas en todo el mundo (utilizando metodologías ágiles cuando corresponda).- Participa en el proceso de implementación de sistemas de nómina, interpretando los requerimientos de usuarios en especificaciones técnicas, análisis de sistemas, documentación de los mismos así como configuración de software SAP Employee Central Payroll; asegurando la integración con los sistemas de RR. HH. relacionados existentes, definiendo procedimientos y flujos de trabajo de usuario, desarrollando estrategias de conversión e implementación, verificando la conversión, proporcionando documentación de usuario, brindando capacitación de usuario y brindando soporte posterior a la implementación.- Participa en la revisión de las estrategias de prueba de Aseguramiento de calidad (QA) para garantizar que las pruebas planificadas sean integrales y coherentes con los requisitos comerciales.- Apoya las pruebas de QA analizando los defectos para:- I proporcionar aclaración de los requisitos comerciales- II proporcionar aclaración de las especificaciones técnicas- III definir qué defectos deben resolverse para la implementación- IV negociar la clasificación de gravedad de los defectos con el usuario.- Responsable de garantizar que la gerencia de proyecto se mantenga informada y que los problemas y asuntos se escalen de manera apropiada.**Tipo de empleo**:Presencial.**Ubicación**: Ciudad de México.**Beneficios**: Excelentes beneficios, superiores a la ley.
