UPLIFT Talent seeking a **Phone Agent -**hybrid.**Requirements**:- Fluent English.- 1 years of experience as a phone agent or in telemarketing.- 1 years of experience in customer service and sales.- Experience in managing schedules using an electronic calendar.- Basic / Intermediate Excel skills.**Responsibilities**:- Answer the phone when a potential renter calls us and explain the apartment in an exciting way.- Schedule the potential renter to visit the apartment building for a tour.- Enter the tour time in the calendar so that our apartment manager (who works every day at the apartment building) can show potential renters the apartment in person.- Send a confirmation text with the tour time to both the potential renter and our apartment manager, so the apartment manager can quickly see the appointment, as most people who call want to see the apartment as soon as possible, usually the same day they call.**We offer**:- Monthly gross salary: $8,500 - $10,000 (based on qualifications).- Superior legal benefits.**Workplace**: Colonia Ladrón de Guevara.**Schedule**:- Saturday: 10am - 5pm, Home Office.- Sunday: 10am - 5pm, Home Office.- Monday: 9am - 6pm, On-site.- Tuesday: 9am - 6pm, On-site.Pay: $8,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Experience**:- phone agent: 1 year (required)- customer service and sales: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Fluent English (required)Work Location: In person
