The industries we serve include: commercial aerospace, defense, advanced computing, next generation telecommunications, complex industrials, medical, and semiconductor capital equipment.**SUMMARY**Reporting to the Program Manager, the CSR Jr. will be responsible for assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Help to establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.- Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.- Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas- Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to CFT (Customer Focus Team) to resolve issues.- Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.- Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.- Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.- Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.- Interact with customers and/or functional peer group managers.- Review status reports prepared by CFT members and adapt schedules or plans as required.- Prepare program reports for management, customer, or others.- Assist in metrics development and tracking.**REQUIREMENTS**- 1 year EMS Industry, Program Management, Order Management, Customer Service.- Portal interaction for order management- Assist PM on CFT and Customer Service- Experience in logistics and support to shipment scheduling.- Experience in follow-up/support to commercial projects.- Advanced English (conversational).- Advanced Intermediate Excel (File management with pivot tables and/or macros).- Interest in developing in program management areas.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno mixtoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensa
