Únete al equipo de Marco MKT y juntos co-creemos estrategias y soluciones que marquen la vida de las personas en la industria del Trade Marketing.PROJECT LEADER JRDescripción del rol: Buscamos un Project Leader altamente motivado para coordinar y ejecutar procesos administrativos y operativos en el campo, garantizando el cumplimiento de los KPIs establecidos por la empresa y nuestros clientes.Este rol implica un enfoque del 80% en actividades de campo y un 20% en tareas administrativas.**Requisitos**:Experiência previa en roles similares en el sector retail o consumo masivo.Experiência en mesa de control (Manejo de plantilla, viáticos, insumos, rotación, inventario de herramientas etc)Conocimiento en análisis de datos y KPIs.Habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.Indispensable disponibilidad para viajarFunciones clave:Gestionar vacantes y selección de personal.Monitorear inventarios de herramientas y viáticos.Validar nóminas y bonos mensuales.Realizar auditorías y detectar desviaciones en PDV.Validar planes de trabajo y prioridades.Analizar ventas y monitorear desempeño diario.Coordinar promociones y seguimiento con clientes.Asegurar el cumplimiento de criterios de éxito y realizar análisis financiero del proyecto.Ofrecemos:Sueldo competitivoBono de productividadPrestaciones de leyOportunidad de desarrolloInteresados favor de postularse por este medio
