Trabaja en uno de nuestros avanzados edificios, que incluyen siempre una enfermería, cafetería, transporte, y estaciones de trabajo ergonómicos.**Position Summary**:We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance professional to join our team in a key role that bridges operational finance with data visualization and reporting. This position plays a critical part in supporting Controllers and finance stakeholders by consolidating financial data, extracting and structuring information from systems, and delivering clear, impactful reports to enable decision-making.**Functional Contribution**:- Execute recurrent financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.- Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources into understandable formats for Controllers and their users.- Provide analytical support and reporting services to the Controllers and internal stakeholers.- Design and propose visually engaging dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.- Collaborate across departments to understand information needs and continuously improve reporting processes.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role.- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level) - including pivot tables, formulas, macros.- Power BI experience - capable of building and maintaining dashboards and proposing new visual formats.- Understanding of ERP systems and financial data structures.- Advanced English - able to communicate fluently and write clear reports in English.- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, storytelling skills.**Prestaciones**: El plan de compensación total WatlowTu salud, el bienestar y estabilidad financiera tuyos y de tu familia son una prioridad para nosotros.
