**Sr. IT Recruiter (Temporary)****As a part of Zurich Capability Center you need to have**:- Complete Bachelor’s Degree.- At list 4 years of experience recruiting IT profiles in areas such as ( development, management, Agile, SAP, ERP, Support, Mobile, Security, etc)- English Intermediate-Advance (Interviews, communication and Status with Line Managers, meeting with different areas).**Your main responsibilities**:- Search for personnel for various positions with specific specializations in order to support the objectives of the Talent Acquisition department.- Build relationships with highly skilled hiring managers as mentors, using their influence and experience to recommend the most effective methodology for attracting talented people to the organization.- Maintain the procedures and methods for hiring, studying the effect of market conditions in this area and identifying national and local sources of talent.- Identify, evaluate and recommend the latest trends and tools in terms of contracting technologies to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes in this matter- monitoring of hiring and onboarding processes.**Softskills*****- Effective communication- Proactivitie- results oriented- Teamwork**Who we are**Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
