We are expanding our digital capabilities and seeking a highly experienced Senior SEM & Paid Ads Manager with at least 10 years of proven, hands-on expertise. This role is designed for someone who has successfully executed high-performance paid media campaigns and is ready to deliver plug-and-play results across our diverse portfolio companies.**Key Responsibilities**:- Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEM and paid advertising campaigns (including Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms) that align with our portfolio companies’ growth objectives.- Budget & Performance Management: Oversee multi-channel paid media budgets to ensure optimal ROI while monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance.- Plug-and-Play Impact: Take ownership of campaigns from setup to execution, making real-time adjustments based on expert judgment and data insights.- Cross-Channel Collaboration: Coordinate with the SEO and marketing automation teams to ensure an integrated digital marketing approach.- Innovation & Testing: Lead A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation techniques to maximize performance.**Requirements**:**Minimum Qualifications**:- Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in SEM and paid media management, with a strong record of driving measurable results.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and proficiency in relevant analytics and campaign management tools.- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to deliver rapid, tangible improvements in campaign performance.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Startup Experience: Prior work with early-stage startups, showing the agility needed in a fast-paced environment.- Advanced Analytics: Expertise in leveraging data analysis tools for performance optimization.**Benefits****Why Join InVitro Capital?**- Build the Future of AI: Work on cutting-edge products that are transforming how SMBs operate across industries.- Be a Founding Force: Take a hands-on role in launching and scaling high-impact startups.
