Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is a joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK Corp. in Japan, is headquartered in Plymouth, MI, operates more than 20 facilities and employs about 4,700 people across the Americas.Some of your Benefits- Diversity & Inclusion-- Paid Holidays-- Personal Development-- Vacation-- Safe Environment- Queretaro- On-SiteFreudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies de Mexico S.A. de C.V.ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INTERCOMPANY (IC) SPECIALIST**Responsibilities**:- Process and post intercompany invoices and journal entries in SAP.- Ensure proper documentation, approval, and reconciliation of all intercompany transactions.-- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in intercompany payables and receivables.-- Coordinate with global counterparties to ensure timely matching and settlement of balances.-- Prepare intercompany accruals and support accurate expense recognition during month-end close.-- Assist in audit preparation and respond to internal and external audit queries.-**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Intercompany Accounting.-- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.-- Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities.-- Fluent in English (oral, written, and comprehension).-- High attention to detail and accuracy.-The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
