Trabaja en un ambiente dinámico y desarrolla tu potencial.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas.- Experiência en gestión de cuentas clave y seguimiento de KPI’s.- Inglés intermedio, Excel avanzado y experiência con CRM.**Responsabilidades**:- Ser el punto de contacto principal para los clientes, asegurando una atención personalizada y la resolución oportuna de incidencias.- Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño para garantizar el cumplimiento de níveles de servicio.- Diseñar estrategias para mejorar la experiência del cliente y optimizar la calidad del servicio.- Elaborar reportes ejecutivos sobre el rendimiento de los servicios contratados.- Supervisar la renovación de contratos, asegurar la fidelización de clientes y detectar oportunidades de negocio.- Coordinar con equipos internos para asegurar la calidad y continuidad de las operaciones.- Proponer y liderar planes de mejora para procesos operativos y de atención al cliente.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo- Prestaciones superiores a la ley, incluyendo 30 días de aguinaldo.- Esquema híbrido (Reforma 296, frente al Ángel de la Independencia).- Horario de lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm.No dejes pasar esta oportunidadTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $35,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Gestión de cuentas: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
