**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A DBS FINANCE MANAGER****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Management**FUNCTION**: DBS - Corporate Finance**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Mexico**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**Role is based in Mexico as part of DBS Finance Team.The Finance manager is a key enabler of growth within the HUB, contributes with his guidance and consulting to deliver the financial targets of the Company. The role is a key member of the local Leadership Team and contributes to deliver value by supporting through generation of insights and analysis to maximize resource allocation and deliver the savings agenda of the HUB. Act as a Business Partner with commercial approach to boost the expansion agenda of the HUB across the Globe.**Reports to**:Head of Finance - DBS**Reporting Level**:Managerial**Geographic Scope**:Mexico**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Financial results Profit, Balance and Cashflow- Financials of Business Cases and work as a key enabler of DBS Growth- Budget Management and Reporting- Support the Growth Agenda- Define and support Transfer Prices- Intercompany Recharges- Create an environment of control.- Build visibility and awareness of Financials- Coordination of Financial Processes with other HUBs across the Globe**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Do you have 5+ years of experience in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, or related area?- Do you have advance experience using SAP, Excel, and BPC?- Do you have an advance English level?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.- 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting or related- Fluent in English (Advance)- Excel (Proficient)- Strong knowledge of finance / analytics- Understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems (i.e. SAP / BPC).- Experience in analysing reports, identify issues and challenge management.- Strong Influencing, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative, and consultative.**BENEFICIAL**- CPA, MBA, or Master
