Combining the strengths of the two companies we offer a stronger platform for growth and innovation.This is your opportunity to join the positive change.Job SummaryAs a product expert functioning in the Market Area (MA), the Services Technical Sales Support Representative works closely with the Mexico and Central America Service Sales Team to identify flotation upgrade and modernization opportunities, develop technical solutions, provide technology support and lead sales campaigns to drive the sale of parts and upgrades for Metso Outotec Flotation equipment.We are offering a challenging and rewarding technical sales support role within a rapidly expanding product area with industry leading technologies, process solutions and service offerings. The role requires in-depth flotation process expertise and a commercial mindset. The position is supported by local and global networks of technical experts.Job**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for leading / supporting sales activities for flotation service products within Mexico and Central America- Provide flotation equipment related training and support to Site Account Managers with Metso Outotec flotation equipment in their equipment portfolio- Lead product related sales budget and business forecast activities for the geographic territories within the responsibility of the role- Work together with Site Account Managers to identify, evaluate, develop and secure sales opportunities- Leading effective value co-creation activities involving Metso Outotec Services and our customers- Responsible for evaluating customer situation and developing sales case support material, including value argumentation, value proposition and the sales case win plans- Ensure timely progression of the sales case from the sales lead through proposal, commercial negotiations, contract execution and handover to the Delivery Team- Responsible for collecting and managing customer and industry data from within the MA and utilizing the information to maintain Metso Outotec’s competitive position- Facilitate and ensure compliance with sales process, proposal requests and risk management procedures- Supporting field service sales activities, warranty process, IB Validation, review inspection report and provide recommendationsQualifications and Experience- 5+ years of experience in engineering and/or product support (preferably in mineral processing or related industry)- University Degree or Technology Diploma in a related discipline- Mineral concentrator plant experience is a definite asset for this role- Written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is a requirement for this positionWe Offer- Friendly, respectful environment that values high ambition, putting our customer in the center of all we do, getting it done together and open and honest communication- Challenging opportunities that contribute to the development and enhancement of Metso Outotec’s industry leading solutions- Regular opportunities to work in a global community- Pride in contributing to an industry leader providing end-to end solutions and services for the aggregates, minerals processing, and metals refining industries globallyMetso Outotec is a frontrunner in sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions and services for the aggregates, minerals processing, metals refining and recycling industries globally.
