Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:EL Customer Operations Manager**Your role and responsibilities**In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.The work model for the role is: #L-HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification business for the Smart Power division in US Market.You will be mainly accountable for:- Provide timely warranty support to ABB Sales, ABB Distributors, OEMs, Contractors, and End Users.- Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.**Qualifications for the role**- BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.- High energy level, self-starter, highly analytical, and strong customer service- BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
