**Job Summary**- Lead the Production Rough Cut Capacity Process, evaluating the production plan feasibility given various availability/requirements scenarios.- Deliver a balanced and productive labor/equipment workload while taking into account our security, environment, quality and productivity guidelines.- Serve as the main functional link between Production and the Supply Planning Process (SPP), Planning and Shared Services areas, as well as the main input for the Production team’s volume-related dialog, metrics, and midterm analysis.**Key Duties/Responsibilities**- Rough Cut Capacity Process Management- Weekly schedule and Planning Boards management- SPP + Stakeholders’ requirements negotiation + routines- New Products resource coordination / parameterization- Performance Metrics & Reports- Participate in the different health, environmental, and safety initiatives or programs implemented in the work- Participate and know the risk matrices in the area of work- MRB Rework process management**Organization Impact/Influence**Internal- SPP process- Production Team Leaders- Production Supervisors- Supervisors / Coordinators: Planning, Procurement, QSE, Warehouse, New Products, Maintenance.- Shared Services**External**- None**Supervisory Responsibilities**- None**Related Job Requirements/Qualifications****Desirable Functional Skills**- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP- Communication and reports- Structured Problem Solving- Production Planning / Scheduling basics- Manufacturing processes and data analytics- KORE (and international certifications) knowledge- Quality and Finance controlling requirements knowledge**Desirable Leadership Competencies**- Understanding the business- Be Curious, Empowered, Inclusive and Agile- Innovation, Deliver Results, collaborate with the System, Imports and Exports Good Ideas, Develops self and others, Inspire others- Operational Excellence culture (waste elimination and variability reduction)**Educational & Experience Requirements**- Engineering bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred)- + 2 years in Manufacturing / Warehouse / Operations / Logistic / QA**Cultural Diversity**- Ability to communicate across all hierarchical levels within the organization and collaborate with people from different educational degrees and backgroundAnalysis- Rough Cut Capacity Analysis: equipment and labor resources availability vs demand requirements- SPP routines and weekly scheduling towards volume commitments- Multidisciplinary teams participation through priorities alignment and conciliation- Equipment and labor constraints and temporal impacts- Partial or inaccurate information- New Products and Reformulations- A continuous effort to develop new approaches to solve these problems.**Our Purpose and Growth Culture**:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
