Come and help us build the next unicorn**The Role**: As a R&D Analyst, you will play a key role in the product development team. You will be responsible for supporting the creation, development, and launch of innovative supplements and foods. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct market research, develop formulations, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in product launch activities. Your focus will be on the technical aspects of product development: nutrition, functionality, and regulatory compliance. This position offers you the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment and to contribute directly to the creation of products that promote healthy and sustainable eating.**Responsibilities and Activities**:- Support all stages of product development, from market research to launch.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of product specifications and formulations.- Plan and execute tests and evaluations to improve the quality, functionality, taste, and consumer experience of new and existing products.- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, technologies, and consumer preferences to inform product development.- Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards.- Contribute ideas and suggestions for the creation of new products and improvements to existing ones.- Generate and manage technical and regulatory documentation for product development, such as experiments, dossiers, and specification sheets.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.- At least 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the supplements and food industry.- In-depth knowledge of technical and functional principles of food science.- Knowledge of statistical analysis and experience with sensory panels.- Understanding of principles in nutrition, medicinal, and functional ingredients.- Expertise in technical food formulation to enhance organoleptic properties, stability, and functionality.- Familiarity with food industry standards and regulations.- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects with a high level of detail.- Excellent communication skills.- Passion for product development. Ideally, enthusiasm for the plant-based and supplements market.
