There will always be a chance for you to learn and try something new.This is your invitation to rise above what was possible yesterday.**Job posting end date**:JOB STATEMENTResponsibility of accounts payable invoice coding processes to comply with payment of invoices to customs and logistics service providers, including internal and external requirements to fulfill all applicable compliance and legal rules and regulations.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInvoice coding in preparation for payment process.Ensure payments are processed according to applicable terms and conditions.Reviewing and monitoring of customs and logistics payment status to immediately address deviations.Keep the record of the courier and follow up the shipments.Export monthly reports.Follow up inbond and outbond shipments.**INTERNAL/EXTERNAL INTERFACES**:External LSPsLocal tax departmentLocal treasuryOther MO locations as requiredLogisticsCustomer ServiceOperational PurchasingWarehousePOSITION SPECIFICATIONTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
