Mission: Empower high-quality local fleets Corporate Culture: Team first partner-centric Team collaboration, Never "not my job", end-to-end ownership, Continuous learning and improvement, Hard-working and pragmatic, Don’t be a middleman, Result-driven Responsibilities: Acquire, register, and activate fleets/drivers to grow capacity fast. High-pressure role with strict monthly targets. 1. Recruitment & Lead Generation (75%) Generate qualify high-volume prospects daily from multiple channels. Register, verify, train, and activate fleets/drivers within 48-72 hours. Achieve 20-30 new registered & activated fleets per month. Manage full recruitment funnel and maintain weekly lead targets. 2. Operational Support – Dispatch (15%) Support dispatch during peak hours or shortage situations. Engage new fleets to fill urgent rides and address low acceptance issues. 3. Administrative & Driver Support (10%) Assist with onboarding issues, app setup, and basic support. Track performance KPIs and maintain accurate pipeline reporting. Experience: 3 years experience working in the Tourism & services sector, tourism product management. 3 years experience working in travel agencies, hotels or any tourism (required) Knowledge of the for-hire vehicle industry. Operational skillsStrategy implementation experience (required)Impeccable problem-solving skills. Excellent English and Italian verbal and written communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc). Ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
