**Requisitos**- Excelentes dotes de comunicación e interpersonales, con capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con inquilinos, proveedores y staff de la propiedad- Gran capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo, con capacidad para priorizar múltiples tareas y cumplir los plazos.- Atención al detalle y compromiso con la precisión en todos los aspectos de la gestión inmobiliaria.- Preferiblemente, experiência en gestión de propiedades, inmobiliaria o un campo relacionado.- Dominio de las aplicaciones y herramientas informáticas pertinentes, incluidos programas de gestión, Microsoft Office, Google drive, etc.- Permiso de conducir válido y transporte fiable- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario flexible, incluidas tardes y fines de semana, según sea necesario.- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)- Experiência manejando diversos equipos de trabajo (mantenimiento, servicio, etc.)- Atención al detalle para percatarse de necesidades de la propiedad en el área de mantenimiento- Completa organización para llevar gastos, facturas, etc.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $18,500.00 al mesHorario:- Incluye fines de semanaExperiência:- Property Manager: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
