**Transforming the Future with the Convergence of Simulation and Data****Technical Specialist - Learning Development****Job Summary**:Altair Engineering is seeking an innovative Technical Specialist to join its Learning Development team focusing on e-learning. The Technical Specialist will work with Subject Matter Experts and Program Management stakeholders to manage the design, creation, and delivery of a comprehensive and impactful e-learning experience. The individual in this role will use sound engineering and technical skills to create, improve, and maintain training material (eLearning, presentations, tutorials, videos) used to help Altair around the globe to train customers.**What You Will Do**:- Adapt instructor led workshop materials to be delivered through eLearning.- Create exercises and activities that enhance the learning process- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, etc.) as needed.- Using appropriate software and systems to create assets (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).- Maintain project documentation and course folders.- Establish and adhere to milestones contained within courseware project plans.- Ensure comprehensive editing for grammar, usage, consistency, accuracy and style.- Assist management with strategic and tactical roadmap learning plans.- Maintain and develop Altair’s Certification Program- Proactively identify and resolve gaps in the content development support structure and improve workflow processes.**What You Will Need**:**Basics**:- Fluent in English **(speaking, listening, writing)** is mandatory- Bachelor’s /master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Biomedical, Automotive or related discipline- 2-3 years of experience with Altair Products like HyperWorks, OptiStruct, Radioss, or any other Solver- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize work, handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts- Initiative and independent judgment to search out solutions within the context of broad goals and long-term objectives.- Team player with the ability to work and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels of management.- Interest in exploring new technologies as they relate to e-learning.- Ability to adapt to change quickly when tackling unfamiliar tasks and requests.**Preferred**:- Classroom (virtual, in-person) training experience is a plus- Training material creation experience is a plus- Basic HTML programming knowledge a plus- Basic knowledge of Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or other video creation software a plus**How You Will Be Successful**:- **Envision the Future**:- **Communicate Honestly and Broadly**:- **Seek Technology and Business “Firsts”**:- **Embrace Diversity and Take Risks****What We Offer**:- Work/Life Balance, with a mix of in-office and home-office- Collaborative and open environment, where your ideas count and can make the difference- The same dynamic environment you can find in a tech startup, in a solid and well-established global company that is changing the world through technologyMexico offers the following benefits:- 75% prima vacacional.- 1 mes de Aguinaldo.- 12 días de vacaciones.- SGMM - seguro de gastos médicos mayores.- Seguro de vida.- Seguro dental.- Fondo de ahorro.- Vales de despensa.**Why Work with Us**:Altair is a global technology company providing software and cloud solutions in the areas of product development, high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI).
