As an HR Associate Partner at our Fulfillment Center, you will be a fundamental pillar in supporting Human Resources operations. Your role will be essential in providing an exceptional experience for our employees, acting as the first point of contact and offering support in various areas of HR. Key Job Responsibilities Employee Support: Direct assistance and case resolution, being the first point of contact for all HR-related issues. Staff Management: Support in the lifecycle processes associates, collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure the efficient filling of operational positions. Time and Attendance and Payroll Control: Daily management of exceptions, support in time and attendance issues, including schedule management, shift changes. Engagement and Communication: Implementation of internal engagement and communication plans, assisting in conducting surveys and questionnaires with associates. HR Metrics and Analytics: Collection and entry of data for absenteeism, turnover, and vacancy fill rate reports, supporting HRBPs in the analysis and development of action plans. Diversity and Inclusion (D&I): Support in the implementation of local D&I programs and initiatives to improve the employee experience. Talent Development: Support in leadership development initiatives for supervisors, participating in career planning sessions and providing support to leaders in decision‑making. Demand Management: Ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands, proactively solve problems, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and 100% in-person environment.
