Overview of the role The Human Resources Business Partner position involves working as a liaison between the People Experience team (PeopleX) and internal areas to ensure all objectives are met while adding maximum value. This role focuses on strategic HR partnership, ensuring alignment between business needs and talent management while providing expert guidance on HR policies and programs. Key Responsibilities Partnering with business area leaders to align on optimal strategies that address business needs and ensure compliance with internal talent management cycles. Guiding internal areas on resources and policy application/interpretation when needed. Providing input, support, and collaboration with key HR departments to test, launch, and review programs and initiatives. Analyzing business needs, trends, and metrics in partnership with key HR departments to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Problem-solving and interpreting processes to support organizational effectiveness. Requirements HR Experience: 3+ years working as an HR generalist. HRBP Expertise: Knowledge of stakeholder management, leadership coaching, conflict management, performance management, talent development, employee/labor relations, and compensation. Executive Interaction: Experience working with C-Level executives or top management. Language Skills: Advanced English level. Industry Experience: Background in the tech industry. Specialized Education: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology. Additional Languages: Portuguese and Spanish language skills.
