**Sales Customer Service - Steel****About the job**RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Sales Customer Service - Steel in Monterrey Area, MXThe Sales Customer Service - Steel will provide technical support/expertise to assist the sales team in their sales effort and report to the Head of Count Account Manager.This role full- time will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time.**The Sales Customer Service - Steel tasks include**:- Lease with TE&S for products and solutions development to the client- Possessing specialized product knowledge in a single product or product line- Delivering in depth presentations and product demonstrations to clients- Possessing some capability for the installation component of product and solutions to demonstrate the feasibility our products- Having a continuing role in customer support to address clients' issues in the usage of organizational products and solutions**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor's degree with preference for Metallurgy, Chemistry, Material Sciences or Ceramics- 2- 5 years of Industrial experience preferably refractories side.- Strong knowledge and analytical skills with emphasis on steelmaking area- High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point- Bi-lingual Spanish and English is important- Familiar with data input, output, report creation and data analysis- Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the public with a calm and professional demeanor, good ability to Team working is essential- Hands on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven- Excellent Problem solving and organizational skills- Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally**What we bring to the table**We are the acknowledged industry leader in innovative technology.
