**Sales Engineer Cooling**

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica o afin
- Trabajo de Lunes a Viernes (8:30 am - 5:30 pm) con disponibilidad de horario y para viajar
- Manejo de idioma Inglés Intermedio avanzado
- Conocimientos en sistemas de Enfriamiento industrial (instalación, equipamiento, instrumentación, etc.) y conozca la parte comercial (ventas, prospección de clientes, Business Development)
- Experiência mínima de 3 años como Sales Engineer en el sector Industrial Cooling.

**Actividades**:

- To develop Cool Fit and pre insulated piping systems sales by supporting the customers and the decision makers, understanding their requirements and proposing solutions accordingly.
- Working closely to Global Business Development and the GF Mexico sales team to translate the customer needs into innovative product and services, furthermore to initiate new product ideas bringing sales in short term.
- Specifying the GF cooling value proposition with focus on some strategic cooling accounts: Eng firms, OEM´s, EPC's, Contrators and end users.
- Providing expertise and technical support for all customers and ASM´s in the Cooling segment within the country
- Represent the segment on all communication channels e.g. trade shows, web sites, media releases, training center and PR events.
- Creation of case studies and references.
- In coordination with MD and national sales manager to support the local ASM´s for developing sales.
- Supporting the MD in defining price position/price strategies also to develop a Go-To-Market strategy.
- Collecting innovative ideas for products & services to addpat the solution to the Mexican market.
- Montlhy reporting, strong user of CRM.
- Understanding the complex Cooling channels to the market
- Strong networking in Cooling segment mainly eng firms, EPC's, contractors and decision makers
- Capabilities in specifiyng new products in a market dominated by traditional solutions.
- Experience in instalation of cooling systems.
- 3 years in sales is important.
- Hands on experience in cooling systems.
