Ria’s mission is to be the most progressive money transfer company in the world by offering service excellence and the most competitive and reliable remittance payment services to our customers.- Process transactions that have complied with Ria's policies, state, and federal regulations.- Escalate general reports of potential consumer fraud trends and suspicious activities. Risk assessment when approving transactions with red flags.- Maintain constant communication with customers, both inbound and outbound calls.- Customer service experience.- Availability to work weekends.- English proficiency: ADVANCED.- High school diploma or equivalent. More education or experience may be preferred.- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.- Strong time management and decision-making skills.- Adaptability and accountability to build a career within the company.- Schedule availability.Benefits: Our package includes Competitive monthly salary $19,000. 5% food vouchers. 30 days bonus. 15 days of initial vacation. life insurance.
